Airtel is cutting rs 35/- from airtel prepaid balance in the name of lifestyle service charges without the knowledge of the customer. I wrote an email complain and told them about it, they apologized and blamed this on some technical failure in their system, they later wrote an email stating that they reversed the 35 rs, but when i checked my balance it was the same, rs 35/- was not reversed now the customer care is stating they have reversed...

The customer care helpline takes 40 mins everytime, we place a request for this. For the subject issue of getting one additional sim under the family plan, i spoke to airtel customer care supervisor ms g. Lakshmi, bangalore. Again i was assured that the executive will come to me with the sim but no results even after 2 days.
The airtel executive also told that no such plan exists to get additional sim under the existing family plan....

Hi i am hanamant using airtel network past 6 years, now i am complaining about your poor services, i have done recharged twice on same day and same amount for 399. But after i came to know my account debited twice, i called to ur supervisor explain issue, he said that we will extend ur validity, but still i did not get extend validity. And today i called to ur supervisor but he gave different statement, that is only one time recharge done...

My phone no. Is [protected] (Delhi ncr). I was charged rs86 from my prepaid balance without any prior approval. It was done on 14th april 2018, the message was -
Voice - rc86-local/std calls at 30p/min - 28days has been renewed on your airtel money. Rs 86 has been charged to your account.

I didn't ask for any automatic renewal. I also checked the value-added services in my account and there no such service i opted for.br...

Airtel is very big fraud company. I raised complaint for claim airtel secure for my damaged handset on 26 april with complaint no. 3022364 but after 20 days they could not process my claim. Every 3 days they start demanding something new documents. Although i have submitted documents many times which they demanded. And when i call 121 they always reply that we can't do anything. Shame on you airtel, if you don't have guds they why you claim...

I recharged my sim for ₹448 via the airtel app using my debit card. During the process, i received confirmation message from the bank about the withdrawal of ₹448. The app kept processing the transaction for long time after that and it suddenly showed an error message stating webpage not available and the translation was cancelled. I raised a request for conversion from postpaid to prepaid yesterday around 4:30 pm at an airtel store in noida 120. I lost network at 9 pm. There are still no signals on my phone. The store guy told me that i gonna get the network back in 4 hrs. It is more than 24 hours. Now the customer care is telling me it is going to take 4 days. Seriously?? Why 4 days? What age are you living in? Why did the store guy lie to me?

When ever i see your airtel girl ad on tv i boil in anger as she claims "airtel 4g is the fastest" lol... Its been more than fifteen days in my area saidpur part 4, district cachar, assam pin 788013 land mark borbond the speed of internet sucks neither 4g or 3g is available only stuck into 2g, terrible!! I have complaint more than 7-8 times since 1st april the customer care specialist keep on giving me dates that your problem will be solved...

There is literally no network coverage at work as well as home location. Vikhroli eaat & thane west.
99% of times i gets call but no voice reaches to caller.
Internet connectivity is very poor.
I took connection as corporate group available for but facing so much issues.
In their ads they show something which is nit even closer to actual use, tried to lodge complaint but most of times helpdesk nos dontnget answered....

Your air tel office located in pb road davangere is not giving effective service to the customers. They will make the people to wait unnecessarily and waste their time. Just to chand my sim, they made me to wait for half an hour and later said server is slow and asked me to bring aadhar no. Is it fair?. They are totally passive. Warn them properly.
