I am an airtel customer for the past 9 years. Currently residing in bangalore. But sad to say, airtel has become one of the worst services one can get. Most of the time, i use my portable wifi to make a call through whatsapp. I do not receive calls when in office. Every day, i have a fight with boss on non connectivity. My boss too calls me over whatsapp these days.

No plan actives show in app
And seriously i fadeup about the network

I have had a pathetic experience with airtel. I was having poor network with vodafone at my residence in borivali and hence decided to port out to airtel. I opted porting out on 20th jan 2018 and an airtel sim was issued to me.

Vodafone persisted that i remain in their network and as per their request i sent a mail to airtel that i want to retaim vodafone services. I immediately got a call from airtel that they are cancelling...

Just now i have done recharge of rs399 plan but yet it has not been get activated and no message i received for subscribing it and my bank account also got deducted. Please refund me my money and there is no network also in our area.. We feel regret that we purchased airtel sim. Some time we think to port it aslo.. Please activate my or refund my money asap and also provide network to enjoy ur services....

I have recharged with plan rs 449 but l am unable to get 1gb as assured-
Phone notification from airtel shows only 500mb is allowed/day
The signal is also very week. My phon no [protected] when l use internet it takes more time to connect - before getting connection phone shows 200 or more mb is issued and the balance is below100mb or lessthan that...

In my area I am having network speed issues ... Complained to your customer care and got nothing other than complaint numbers enclosed below.. past one month I can't use internet using Airtel in evening(5pm-10.30pm) time. It's speed reduces to 30kbps. Kindly tell me when you going to resolve issues .. at least I will use other network untill u solve the problem...

I don't know about the service. Even I don't know how it get activated. We are educated person and we know what we want. So many advertisements are coming on the web page they are not activated yet but always telephone companie's services get activated. And customer care and company can't help anything for this. I am an airtel postpaid customer, recently ported my number from vodafone.
Every now and then signal is dropping all of a sudden in most of the places even in hi-tech city and mindspace areas in hyderabad. I supposed to get 4g or 3g but always i get either edge connection or no internet.

I recently ported my number from Idea to airtel Gujarat .since the day it got activated, i am unable to recharge online through paytm app. The transaction gets declined in both the cases without any reason.. I am using Airtel network Since 2011. ONCE UPON A TIME it was known for its network, its services and everything. But nowadays its graph is going down with comparative to other providers. I made a transaction on MyAirtel app to add Rs. 500. Amount got deducted but was not credited in Airtel Account. I called Airtel Customer Care, they said it will get added within a week. But it was not credited.
I had exchanged 5-6 emails with Airtel and DBS bank but none of them is taking responsibility for the said transaction. Airtel is saying that Bank will resolve it, DBS bank is saying that Airtel will solve it....

When we linked our airtel mobile no with aadhar without intimating us our gas subsidy is going to airtelbank. From two months our gas subsidy amount is not transferring to our uco bank account. Kindly see this and please transfer our gas subsidy to our uco bank account. Sir we are suffering by this. Without our intimation how any bank can take our money. In december i was traveled for singapore, and without my request your team activate roaming for my [protected]. My wife also used airtel card, even though her card was nor worked in singapore. So why your team activate the service over my number.
I asked them to submit me any proof which show that request was done by me.. They just give us fullished explaination.
They charged me 4000+ bill....
