This is manikandan. K writing from 6, street, yashwanth nagar, madambakkam, chennai, east tambaram. Recently airtel persons installed a pillar in front of my house which is used for their optic fiber connections. Even though as a house owner i objected, they did the installation.

Airtel is offering to pay lic policy premium through airtel payments bank account without any charges. So i have loaded 5000+ into my airtel money account. Now i am unable to pay my premium using airtel money. I have logged into licindia website and choose the airtel money as payment wallet. After submitting the otp i was always getting "transaction failed" i have been facing this issue for the past one week. Raised a complaint but so far...

I am facing this issue where i cannot connect to the internet even though my network strength is excellent, shows 4g coverage, have data balance.
I have called the airtel customer case 20 times in last 3days but the problem isn't solved yet. I visited the airtel office got my sim card changed, the problem didn't solve yet. I am facing too much inconvenience because of this issue and all my work has come to stake....

I am usin airtel digital tv since 2011. I use to recharge it annually which use to cost ₹1700-₹1800. Now they have increased the amount of the package to ₹2850 which is not affordable for me. I'm trying to port out from my airtel post paid connection to other network. Because of poor coverage area. I have sent the port request more than 30 ro 40 times. But they are not giving my port id for portout. After contacting care all the settings are done in my mobile what they said. But there is no use. Please help me about this issue....

I stay in j/03/0501, sparsh, sukhobrishti, newtown, aa-iii, pin 700135.in my area there is very low network coverage as of airtel. He told me when you transfer postpaid connection into prepaid then you need to recharge with any plan, then i said to him do with minimum with amount 199 and i pay him rs 199 but now i confirm with airtel customer care that recharge not done with 199. He recharge with amount 178.

It’s been four days since i ported my number from vodafone to airtel.. I am not getting any incoming calls and messages.. Every day when i call customer care they are giving false commitment about the resolution time, i am seriously feeling very bad for choosing this pathetic network.

Sir, its almost 4days i have been un-able to us 4g network after upgrading from 2g, whenever i switch my network mode into 4g i lost a network and on out of network coverage. I had call the customer services 4/5 times but still its the same and no action... Today i talk again to a customer services and they ask me to wait again untill 15 january...
