Airtel is promising and advertising all the time about the network n internet services they are providing. However, it is absolutely opposite in my area. Shifting request initiated on 19-dec-2017. Even though it is told 3 days is the maximum time, not yet done. After 10 days, they are claiming, no able to contact me. Then next, claiming the new address is not traceable. Now claiming some port is not available.. Etc... The worst part is no clear intimation of what is happening. I will have to cancel this connection ad look for some other provider...

I'm using airtel [protected], network speed and signal in attapur 500048 is very bad. Most of the times network gets disconnected in the middle of the call. Also, airtel stopped calling services to bsnl landline. Response from the customer care is also bad. I see this issue in the most places of hyderabad. Request you to please resolve this issue asap....

Im hanna from bangalore, yesterday (30th dec, 2017) i lost my samsung phone (In commercial street) with airtel sim card inserted in it. My airtel number is ([protected]).
So, please block the sim card to avoid any kind of misuse of this number.

And i would like to take a duplicate sim card, please guide me through it.

I have 2 airtel dth connections [protected] and [protected]. When i bought this two connections the rental amount is 175 and now same plan but rental is 315!!! India aaghe jaareee! Ache din aareeee.. For the past 4 days internet connectivity has been degrading for the area around my house. Since yesterday i cannot connect to internet. Notification bar shows 3g symbol but no internet flows. Only when i go stand on the street a couple meters away from my builiding can i use my internet. Please look into this matter at the earliest as i need internet for my office work....

Airtel have no internet connection in laxmi road and also main road no coverage in my home but others have good coverage and internet before airtel i have vodafone its good service i want to port my no but idea said minimum 3 months to port because of airtel policy

So i am deciding to broke that sim card and purchase new card from idea really pathetic service...

On good faith and my past experience, i decided to change my airtel cccp number ([protected]) to postpaid number on my name and necessary documentation was done. Did received sms that address verification has been completed.

To my nightmare, to previous sim was deactivated first and my new sim is not working for past 4 days. I attempted calling 59059 numerous times for past 4 days but it automatically...

Airtel has been cheating to me.
Im running on 499 postpaid plan and get 20 gb data per month. But whenever i use the internet its speed is about maximum 300kbps and its very slow but when i swith off the sim and turn it on again the speed is inreased to 2 to 3 mbps for about 5 minutes and then the same speed which is 300 kbps slowly works.
I have complaint it many times but no satisfied answer has been given to me.

Greetings, i had purchased an airtel prepaid sim linked to my aadhar card on 12th december 2017. And activated roaming service paying inr.559/-. But my sim was not having any network while i was travelling in maharashtra. After i came back, the network was restored by the airtel area manager. I applied to change my postpaid to prepaid 27 / dec / 2017
They charge me the bill amount and the prepaid amount, they ensure me to start the service with in 48 hrs but, after 4 days we are still waiting for the service to start. They told me that they will recharge my number, but they didn't even after 4 days so please take some actions against them and also inform us what action have you taken against them....

I am using airtel number and i am facing so many issues. Everyone telling me why your number is always telling us that you are not reachable. It's my primary number with my bank account and i am not getting any otp for online transaction.

Airtel is very worst service i have ever used. How can they claim that they are having india's fatstes network.

Still no network in nashik, maharashtra....
