coverage, issue network problem

My mobile number 994o587825 is blocked and suspended for non-payment for amount around 10k+. I wanted to know from airtel that when my credit limit is 3600rs why did your system allow to cross the limit over my credit limit. Should you have not stopped my outgoing service once i cross 3600.. So is your entire airtel system is faulty or not even capable to track a customers usage. Is airtel system is not automated. I dont understand you charging...

network swapping problem and no internet working

recharge not done - 9841723447

I have recharged for a amount of rs.150 to mobile number [protected] on 14-dec-17 using zaakmobikwik through online and transaction done by hdfc bank. After the amount deducted from my account the pop-up shows that "the recharge was unsuccessful", so i thought the amount will refund automatically to my account, but this was not done yet. Please check and recharge or credit my amount asap.

postpaid bill adjustment

* i was shifted to pune in aug where airtel network was zero.
* i wrote so many mails regarding this to airtel but no one helped.

offer they propose don't give them

unable to make any outgoing calls

I am inserted my airtel after few months.. L have activated new plan of rs 448 yesterday but i am unable to make any outgoing calls even though customer care number also. I have been using airtel prepaid sim for the past15 yrs. Recently i was deputed to japan for an assignment. I topped up my account with rs1000 and also an ir package for rs3999 validity for 30days starting from dec2nd at an airtel office in kaliamman kovil street virugambakkam. wrong recharge done on airtel site

While i was recharging on airtel online page, by mistaken i recharged for my dad's number because it was pre added based on last recharge for 199 and that number already had a different plan.

But i was trying to recharge to my account and not my dad number.

I've been using mobile no :- [protected] (From karnataka - bangalore region) from 2008 till present. It was my postpaid number from 2008 till 2016 and i've changed it to prepaid in 2016 as i had to frequently travel out of india on short work related visits to foreign countries so that i can recharge and use when needed.

I've changed this number [protected] from post paid to prepaid and activated international roaming as well...

unexplained one time charges

I'm complain about to your service

I am using Airtel from 10 years. I did n't got any problme about signal ever. But now signal is too weak at my office desk home at any where it's continue bufaring .
I missed a lot calls. When I am to do a call some one that time it's need 20 times to trinig a complete a call .
Where i need to complaint for this low signal problem?...

after recharge and confirmation they change the plan

Hi i get offer by airtel recharge with 399 for 84 days.
After recharge confirmation sms come with same as they offered.
But within 2 minutes they send another sms and reduce the from 84 to 70.
I called them they confirmed this is server problem you 84 days because you get 84 days offer
Now after 70 days they change plan and cut my 14 days without any information

activation of games subscription without permission

My grandmother has been charged ₹120.00 on 11.12.2017 on her airtel number with an sms saying "thanks for choosing adofgames...", while no permission was asked prior to that and since she is 76 years old, so she is incapable of reading sms-s let alone confirming offers.
When the customer care was called and asked for refund, the service provider mr. Bikash adhikary said that the subscription was confirmed by sms...

airtel broadband installation pending

Worst airtel service in my 12+ years with airtel

I moved to new flat & requested for new broadband connection through online. When requested, got a call quickly, they checked the feasibility etc & gave the document proof & paid advance rental. Upto this it was all very quick. I was informed by the executive that in another 24hrs will get the installation & connection. Then started the trouble. Waited for 2 to 3 days. No calls...

connection not installed yet

Hi
I was applied for a new connection (2 times) of airtel with broadband in karol bagh firstly, on 30th november and secondly, on 14/12/17 but connection was not installed yet as more than 15 days already passed. And i was paid installation charge money both the times (500 each).
I cant got a proper response from airtel, when i call airtel customer care or senior member everytime thay saying that connection will be installed...

I have refund my benefits

I have a jio prepaid mobile and since most of my family members have airtel postpaid, i also wish to port my jio number to airtel. Initially on 02/12/17 visited their customer centre in bangalore hsr layout and per their advises submitted all requisite documents of my wife's parent airtel postpaid number and also her fingerprint impression and generated a upc number valid until 7/12/17 and shared with the concerned executive of that centre....
