no need to change my tamil nadu sim into maharashtra

Dear airtel team,

Cheaters... Take my number and help me right away : [protected] i'm arun kumar

Very much unsatisfied with airtel... I dont want my sim card to be changed to maharashtra... I came for visit to pune in flight i put my sim in flight mode and post landing the sim does not work... Later i visited the nearest airtel show room to seek help... But they got 250 rupees and forced me to change to postpaid......

mnp related issue

Sir my no is [protected], my number disconnected due to n on payment due to some reason. When i contacted airtel amritsar they said number return to parent company i. E bsnl. But when i go to bsnl amritsar office they show me the lrn of airtel where number is noe i. E 3009. But airtel refuse to accept. Isuffer a lot because this is my old number. Which i want to port in bsnl.

Pls do some thing....

cancellation of postpaid services are delayed and bill kept generating

Airtel company does not allow cancellation of postpaid services immediately.
They will try to make all non sense communication in the name of customer retaining and bill will keep generating month on month without any usage.
They dont provide termination / cancellation of services through their portal.
They suggest cumbersome process to go for prepaid, plan change etc. By the time you realize 2 or 3 months bills are generated...

double charged

Dear sir,

As am one of the customer of your network & also i like to bee a life long customer for you. Now i have got one problem i. E i have recharged 2 times for 448 pack plan i. E 448 x 2 =896.00 by over site through airtel money app.
So kindly i request you to eighter refund one of the amount i. E 448 or kindly continue the plan for next renival & do needful.
My double time recharged air tel no is [protected]....

network and connectivity (worst 4g by far)

This is the most pathetic telecom service i've used so far you trying to beat jio? Better provide 4g network which really is 4g. Your connectivity is not even that of 2g speed doesnt go beyond 2mbps, wherein i've been usking 7.2 mbps with aircel since past 5 years that to 3g speed. Instead of fooling the customers have some self respect and do the right thing....

Dear whoever is reading,
I'm satyam raj,
I've bought this sim card on 24th of september,
Today i tried to create my phonepe account using the no. [protected]
But it shows i've already created which isn't,
Then i logged in by using forgot password as i thought maybe someone else has created using my mobile but it shows the same name shahid khan who abused me and tried harrasing me before saying it's his...

money deduction not refund

airtel invalid number

I was using airtel sim from past 8 years.
I have linked all my aadhar, bank to same number. From 26th-nov-17, it is saying invalid number for incoming calls.

I have contacted airtel store and customer care and below is there reply.
"your phone number data is not available with us".

So, request to guide how to get it.

serious complaint

I recharge my mobile for pack of 70 days on dated 27/10/2017 and i received following sms from ag-rechrg

Thank you for recharging with rs. 399, 1 gb/daily data created in your account for 70 days.

Why you closed my net service since last one week?
Please reply me and start my net service as soon as possible....

deducted money 5000 from my account without my consent

My account has been debited by amount 5000 with all my details by bharti airtel pooling account which when i checked from my bank shows it is debited from mumbai. The transactions took place by 5.30 am on 30/11/2017.
There were totally 4 transactions which took place 1000 inr 3 transcations and 2000 inr 1 transaction.

I have reported this to icici bank as well but they have mentioned that the transaction was done by...

new sim not activated since 5 days ago

I ported my sim from reliance operator to airtel but it isn't activated from last 5 to 6 days... Will u please activate my number i'm unable get important messages..

Also i got a verification message from airtel operator

The network isn't activated yet it just shows me "emergency calls only"...

problem on refund

I have made online transaction (From airtel website) for my prepaid number today (Dec 01 2017) morning. But the recharge was done to a wrong number accidentally. The recharge amount is 448. Kindly transfer the amount to my number. My number [protected]. Transaction i'd is[protected]

failed online recharge

In my mobile number, any online recharge is not working. Through paytm or myairtel app or www.airtel.in, it is failing. I had changed my number from chennai circle to karnataka circle 3 months back. Since then i am facing this issue. I have contacted customer care, also visited airtel office near me. Still not resolved. This is really frustrating. Please resolve this as soon as possible....

some channel are not working

Some channel are not working e. G. Color marathi, sony hindi, sony set max, disney (Why should i pay engineer visit charges as i have already pay for the same channel)
I am unable to watch my favourite channels. For few channels when all other channels are working properly. How could those few channels only couldnot receive signal? Its disgusting. When i am paying for those...

payments bank cheating

I am using airtel payments bank service with [protected] number.
I did transfers on 6th nov 2017. Money is debited from my payments bank but not credited to beneficiary. So far there no refund to payments bank.

I went through all pains with their customer care with the following complaint numbers. All are closed but no resolution.

I had added 2122 rs in my airtel wallet but when i processed for furter pay to my airtel payment showing the error that "debit for this account is not allowed".
It is ridiculous and i am unable to pay my airtel bill because it is last day to pay.
I am not interested to pay further from this media.

poor network of 3g & 4g

Regret to say that airtel data services are very poor in the area as compre to other networks. Being a valuable customer i am looking for your assistance to fix the issues at earliest.
