Hello,
I have done recharge through Airtel Thanks App as Patym mode payment on 26 April 2021. Money got deducted and Paytm customer care also said it was successful but the transaction is not showing in orders in Airtel Thanks App and the Airtel Customer care said the order itself not placed. I couldn't understand this issue. No one are caring about this issue rotating me to contact other customer care when I tried to reach both the customer care services.

If the Airtel App is not received the order how come only ₹364 is deducted rather than ₹379 recharge plan.
Why the order is not showing in Airtel Thanks App because I have done it in app.
I would like to know the reason for it and the service.
