I ordered a pair of shoes (on 19 Oct) for a friend of mine living outside of India. After the first wear (~3 hrs) the leather cracked. And when we examined the shoe closely we saw that the quality was very poor. We wrote to the Ajio Team and shared the photos (13 Nov). They agreed for a return-pickup. I carried the shoes back to India. I have been following up with Ajio customer care and they have not responded. 2 compalints were raised and they have closed it stating we were not reachable - which is untrue.

When we called the customer team said they will not process the return & Refund since the complaint raised is outside of their return window. When we shared pictures and told them it's about the quality, they agreed for the return but thereafter there has been no response whatsoever from them.
