Hi purchased my Apple Airpods Gen3 on[protected] and I was using and handling it very carefully. I was facing pairing and connectivity issues with these Airpods and I called many times in Apple care and they always suggest to reset the Airpods and then pairing them again, After these steps it worked for some time then I called Apple again then I complained about the same and then they raise a complained Case ID:[protected] and now I am having the same issue with the AirPods again and they raise a Case ID:[protected] and they said maybe it is due to the Airpods firmware issue or maybe a hardware issue.
But I am really upset if I spend 18500 rupees on these Airpods and face the issue with this and the Apple technical team is not responding properly.
I visited Apple Select City Walk Saket New Delhi and I requested to check my Airpods but they said they couldn't
My Airpods is in a very good condition and there is no damaged but they are asking the diagnose charge and then the hardware charge too.
Now I am frustrated with the hardware quality which is very poor and they are not listening to me properly.
