I would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding an incident where my wrist was burned by an Apple Watch SE. Despite my persistent efforts and communication with Apple's customer support for over a month, I have not received a satisfactory resolution to this matter. The customer support representative, Ayesha, displayed a lack of professionalism by responding rudely when I inquired about the lack of progress in addressing this issue.
This issue has been persisting since 2020, as corroborated by a Times of India report. Regrettably, Apple has not taken any discernible steps to investigate or resolve the problem, which calls into question their commitment to addressing such issues and safeguarding the interests of their consumers.
It is disheartening that Apple has not acknowledged the problem, and this has left me deeply dissatisfied with their response. This complaint is submitted to express my concern and disappointment with the handling of this situation.
