As per our tel- conversation held on date 18th June- 2017, you have explained us that, there were some gaps for improper communication by our concerned Service Advisor and Receptionist while you have made multiple calls to get the status for delivery of your vehicle.
In this regard, we wish to update that, we have educated and counseled the concerned staff members for better improvement on the same. Moreover, we have levied the financial penalties to them regarding mis- conduct and expecting for better improvement in future.
