Hello, My order Id is 382035; I ordered my guitar on 31st of January and still have no information about the delivery. While they claim they shipped it; it has been 10 days and I have not received any tracking details or notification whatsoever. While the status on their app shows “Processing/Packed”. I called them and sent numerous emails; none of the customer care executives (especially Tara Rathore) seem to address the core problem of mine. Where is my order? When will it get delivered? If they say, it will be delivered by 28th Feb; I will be ok with that too, but saying it is shipped while the order is probably not even shipped and lying to customer is not good.
I urge immediate response from Bajaao team, or else I will be forced to press legal charges against them. Was this information helpful? |
