My name is Sunita Gupta and from more than 10 days I have been complaining about a induction cooktop not working correctly but the customer service team is doing nothing. On the first day( 7th April 2023) a technician visited, he told that the problem in your induction cooktop is due to low voltage supply in your house and did nothing else, but that's not the case the voltage supply of my house us completely fine for a induction cooktop to work. I have been calling the customer service daily since the last technician visit( 7th April 2023), the customer service people are just telling that a technician will visit you in 3-4 working days but it's been more than 10 days and a technician hasn't visited. I want the induction cooktop to be repaired or replaced with a properly working induction cooktop as soon as possible.
