We paid upfront the whole amount OGENERAL AC on March 22nd. The sales agent told that the AC will be delivered in 3 days.. today it is April 2nd and till now we didn't recieve the product..
Mr Raja Sekar from Bajaj electronics was communicating false promises since the day we purschased the product and just today as well he promised multiple times saying product will be delivered in next 2 hours and 2 hours after 2 hours the day passed away.
Deepest concern
1. Customers are taken for granted.
2. Taking amount upfront by committing false dates.. after recieving amount fooling customers..
3. No ethical values..
4. More focused on false sales than customer satisfaction.
The company and sales team should focus on core values.
Customer goes with product quality but not on sales talent.
