Greetings Team Bajaj,
With reference to above captioned subject. I purchased Bajaj Caldia 10 Liters Geyser on 13.09.2018. And we got heating issue first time in April 2021 and your service came and changed the heating element and took around 2000 for spare and service. And next time i.e. 14.11.2021 the geyser troubled again and we raised a complaint your service Engineer came he rectified the issue and charhed Rs 413/_ . And from very next day the same issue continued again we approached your customer service and your service engineer visited on 27.11.2021 and he told us there is a issue with thermostat and cutout we purchased them for 900 and he fitted. But from past few days again the Geyser is not working.We have very much trust on your brand and service inspirte of this your service engineer's behavior and the service also not good.This is very embarrassing and time wasing o[censored]s. In this regard why can't I lodge a complaint against you legally in consumer forum?
