Respected Sir,
I am maintaining a savings account bearing no [protected] in your bank’s chunabhatti branch. On 16.01.2023 at 8:40 pm, I was trying to withdraw cash of Rs 20, 000/- (10, 000-10, 000) each from your bank’s ATM at Chunabhatti having ATM code no 6BCHUNAB01 & 6BCHUNAB02 respectively. But suddenly the machines went out of service and I could not receive any cash or receipt. However, immediately I received SMS regarding debit of the amount from my account.
Therefore, I kindly request you to look into the matter and credit back the amount of Rs 20, 000/- to my account at the earliest.
