I purchased footwear from Bata just four months ago. The sole of the footwear has inexplicably broken, and despite reaching out to your customer care both via call and email, I received unsatisfactory responses citing a rigid 3-month refund policy.
I urge you to reconsider your policies and take immediate action to rectify this situation.
