On or around August 30, I purchased a pair of casual shoes from your store. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and personal reasons, I did not have the opportunity to wear them until late October. To my disappointment, when I finally wore the shoes, I found that they were uncomfortably tight around my last finger of the foot.
In November, my mother-in-law sadly passed away, and as a result, I spent most of that month in Ujjain (M.P). Upon returning home, amidst the grieving process and various responsibilities, I regrettably forgot to initiate the return process for the shoes.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. It is my sincere hope that you can accommodate my situation by allowing me to return the shoes for an exchange with a more comfortable size.
I understand if there are any policies or procedures that need to be followed regarding returns and exchanges. Please let me know what steps I should take to facilitate this process smoothly.
I know the time has gone to return the same, but in good faith can we have some arrangement so that my investment in shoes not go in vein.
