HI,
I have recharged my RBL NCMC card about 1000/- Rs on 20 Mar 2024. I was unable to claim in CTT device as it shows my old balance 32.48/-. I have been following up both offline and online, but amount is not refunded or not added to card till now.
- From offline, i have asked to visit nearest RBL Bank to resolve this issue to get my amount back
- From Online, i always got message till date that forward to concerned team and not resolution till date.
My old Namma metro card got damaged, When i had asked new card, they recommending to use RBL NCMC card and forced to buy when i intentionally asked Namma metro card.
If BMRC unable to resolve customer issue, then i'm unsure why they are recommending us to buy RBL Card
My amount has stuck at RBL NCMC Card, Kindly help me getting my amount back.
