I have Rs. 584 in Bewakoof wallet which needs to be transfered to my bank account. Even though I have contacted their customer service about this several times, and even though they have told that the refund has been initiated, the amount has still not been refunded properly and now they are saying that it is not possible to do so! I want my money back!
