We had the services for 3 plus years.in recent past i. E from april 2019, after renewing for one year, never seen such a bad performance.
1. Not updated accounts with renewal new date.
2. No pick up with out calling them
3. We need to remind these folks to send for the pick up
4. Not bothered to respond to emails or calls
5. So lethargic as if we are beggars paying our hard earned money to make the office and management happy.
These folks are neither coming for pick up nor ready to refund.

We have already sorted out all the issues of the customers and doing our best in the industry. Big Laundry is responsible in resolving all the customers complaints and also resolved each and every customers issues till now.
