I bought X5 in december 2018 in delhi considering it to be a luxury car. Got it serviced on time . 2 years back got front screen replaced, since then there is leakage of water in cabin during heavt rains. Early last year i informed service centre of "blup" noise during a pothole or speed breaker . They test drived it and denied of any fault, It happened twice in last year when i was under warranty. My warranty ended in december 2022 . I was still disturbed by that noise so i went to 3rd party service centre where they confirmed me it to be a Suspension problem during test drive and later shown me damage on tyres because of this problem. I am really upset that why after being reported twice service centre didn't identify and resolved the issue when my vehicle was under warranty. Is it a intentional action on their part or they are not enough competent to provide correct solutons?
I expect solution to my issue under warranty as I'm sure it can be found that issue has been persisting for more than a year by surveying the vehicle and was informed as well Was this information helpful? |
