I registered on 28 September 2023 and paid the desired amount (1000+7260), Eight thousand two hundred sixty to avail the maid facility (ID-975862). I am staying in Anushaktinagar resident (BARC, Colony, Mumbai Pin-400094) where security/safety is prime concern. Considering safety, security officers mandatory ensures maid servants/other workers to have Police verification/other formalities. Each and every rules were told to Bookmybaai staff before the final payment and sending maid servants to Anushaktinagar resident. They seems to be very casual and wasted my 20 days time and energy - This is not refundable. Bookmybaai staff is very unprofessional, neither supportive nor competent.
I have been trying to contact (via phone) to raise concern. Customer service is never reachable.
Suggestions:
1. Please provide your staff/maids details information about security/gate-pass associated with Residential area: – Anushaktinagar Colony (BARC), Trombay, 400094.
2. Else you exclude this area in your services. Because most of the maids deny this area due to security reasons and travel issues.
