To make the urgent maid arrangements, I had paid the requested amount of inr 1000/-.However, company didn't provide any support for arranging the maid. Unfortunately I had to manage it through other source. Since I didn't use their service, as per company policy I am entitled to get back the paid amount.
I have been following up for more than a month but the refund is not yet processed.
