This is in regards to my service request number[protected] which was registered on 19th April 2021.
I have a bosch 2 door refrigerator of around 400 ltrs. I registered a complaint of PCB failure (as per my knowledge) and the technician did visit and ordered for a display unit. within a week my fridge just stopped working at all.
Your intelligent staff including the technician and the branch guy named Achit assumed that the controller or condenser is gone without any visit. It was told to me that the part will be available by 10may then 14th may and them 18 may. The part or technician has not arrived yet. NO communication what so ever.
I had chosen Bosch keeping in mind that the brand like BOsch will have world class service. I am disappointed to core.
I am being told that a brand like Bosh doesn't have part available as it is lock down . Are you serious?
I have waited for 18days for a part replacement without a fuctional fridge at my home. Hope someone in Bosch understands, how it feels.
Either I need a part replaced by ASAP or I am going for consumer forum and social media which I am well capable of.
