I had purchased a Bose 900 Soundbar from their showroom in Nexus Mall, Koramangala, Bengaluru in May 22.

By end of 2022, I noticed that the soundbar stops working when continuously plugged in for a couple of days. I have to then shut the UPS, take out the power plug and reconnect to make it work again. I contacted their support id (in.[protected]@tvs-e.in) around 12-Jan and complained about the problems. Since then it has been a long series of back and forth communication without my problem getting resolved.
Seems Bose has outsourced support to TVS and they are pathetic. I have to follow several times to get a response from them.
They also sent a technician to my place who took the soundbar to their service center and brought back after a few days claiming it is repaird. When I asked him what the problem was, he said it was pending firmware update. When I asked if firmware updates don't happen automatically, he did not give a clear answer. I think TVS doesn't have the right skilled people.
Anyway, after that the problem has resurfaced a couple of times and I have also recorded a video of the same. Through this forum I want to reach out to a responsible person in Bose India as going to TVS is useless. In fact TVS is spoiling Bose's name in Bengaluru for sure. I want to ask Bose if this problem can be fixed. If not, I would want my money to be refunded.
