I bought bose sports ear buds which were so expensive, just because they are bose. OK, accepted it.
Then after some time the batter back or standby was only 45 mins, what the hell. It should be around 8 hours atleast.
So i mailed to them with the serial number, SN: 077738Z01347164AE.
They replied and gave a steps to troubleshoot, so might be the problem should solve.
I tried everything which they asked to do, but the problem persisted.
Then they told me about their super offer "The Great Buy Back Offer", which is 20% buy back, which i guess, they will take my ear buds and give me the rest of the amount after deducting 20%.
But it was not the case, they were taking back my sports bud, giving me new ear buds, the latest ones, which will cost me 20% off on MRP.
I visited the Bose centre in Gurgaon sector 12. Everything is a fraud.
You people are cheating and I am going to tweet about bose soon with a 3 page write up.
You said about a buy back offer. Ideally you should return the money after deducting 20% of the amount.But, instead you people are offering me a discount of 20% on the latest sports bud.
What the hell.
Plus, the new latest sports buds cost around 19k and you are applying a discount on that. Which becomes around 15500/- INR. Right?And you will take my old ear buds too.
Amazon costs around 15150 plus 5% off on my amazon pay card plus they won't take back my earbuds too.
Is this sort of service expected from such a "Renowned Audio Company". This is fraud and you people are cheat.
And the service centre of Gurgaon, OMG, people were busy listening to music, staff was standing outside, literally i had to shout at them to listen to me. Worst experience.
I really want a resolution which should be customer centric.
