Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased Bose QC Earbuds paying INR 21, 999/- on 16th July 2023, in Croma, Vishwamanava Double Road, Mysore. Within 2 months the charging case was broken & I raised the complaint with Croma. I got the estimation of INR 7, 670/- saying it is Physical damage and not under warranty.
I think I am eligible for replacement of the same without me paying anything for the following reasons:
- The product is claimed to be premium & the cost of the product is quite high
- I am a responsible user and had used the product carefully. It was normal wear & tear which the product should take.
I expect Bose to replace the case free of cost & also expect Croma to push Bose to provide right service to customers than just forwarding the mail sent by Bose. Was this information helpful? |
