Complaint marked as Resolved I've booked ticket in PRTC AC Volvo from Pondicherry to Chennai via ECR on Jan 22nd at 1.30 PM via guest login.
Amount of rupees 270 was successfully paid through UPI but ticket was not received either in SMS or email. I call and checked with customer support and they responded that ticket was cancelled and money will be credited back to account within 7 days but when I checked back the app was showing as the seat was booked. Not sure what is happening
Please refund my money as soon as possible. I've attached the payment proof
