I have given my (Iphone 6) phone on 3rd june for repair which got shut automatically. The screen was under warranty which i got repaired from buzzmeeh a month back. But while inspection they told me there was an issue with the ic. That has been repaired and phone was given back to my office on 12/06/2017 in the evening as i was not available in the evening (I have also asked the guy to deliver the phone at my home on 11/06/17 sunday evening when he called and he refused so i asked him to deliver it on monday before 12 but i din get any call). When i gave the phone there was a crack on screen on lower left side. But when i got back my phone there is a huge crack on upper side too. I have written a mail immediately as i got my phone in the night on 12/06/2017 (Which has been not answered too). I have called your customer care many times but every time they are saying we will speak to our seniors and come back to you immediately but that never happened in 2 days. Then i called them again on 14/06/2017 i asked them to connect me to their senior right away then they connected to someone called mr. Rohit. He heard all the issue and said he will speak to the agent who has delivered the phone and will get back to me. He called me after a while and told that the crack isn't from their side as the agent is saying the same. When i told him my people who have received the phone are saying that it was there when they took the phone he said then i will speak to my senior and see what will happen and will call in next 5 mins. I told him i really want the call in next 5 mins and he said i promise ma'am to call you back but they never called me till today. While handing over the phone for repair a week back i have clearly shown one crack on my phone to their guy too and have always mentioned it on phone too during inspection inspection. The phone clearly got damaged during repair. I have posted my issue on facebook too but haven't received any response. Now no one picks up on that no. From which mr. Rohit called and even on their customer care no. Its waiting only.
I need a solution for this immediately. Since i don't get to see any response on call and over mail too.
