Hi there,
Its been like more than 15 days when i lost my debit card that was on the 28/10/2016 and in these 15 days i just got one call from HDFC that too a 10 sec call just to ask weather i have recieved my card or no, when i responded no i was told it will be sent in the next 4 to 5 days and again its been like more than 10 days to that conversation, Its really annoying that in such a difficult situation where there is so much of que at the branches to withdraw cash because of ban on currency and instead of making life easier HDFC has made it difficult and now worse. Even after attempting many phone calls to the debit card section at customer services to get help, It requires debit card and pin no cause i dont have my tpin its sadening that i couldnt get thru to someone to solve this.
So its an honest request to the one whos listening to kindly take actions and look into delivering the debit card asap because i have no cash and there are no branches nearer or i do find a branch its queued .
