Team, I have registered with the company in Feb-Mar 2014 and at that time I have given Rs 7000/- for a monthly pack. After few days, they have asked to change your service and get into some good pack which is VERY useful for me in future. I did and again provided Rs10000/- for a 4 Months pack.
But they have only offered me the services related to this pack for just 1 Month and after that put my services on hold till the time/date. I have made so many calls to the representative who had asked me to join the company who is working their since long have understand my complaint but failed to AGAIN offer me the services.
Now, I am fed up of all the issues and concerns with the company and requested to please help me in getting my Rs 17000/- back as it caused me morally down.
