This is nandhini from hosur, tamilnadu, India regarding about a dishwasher I purchased from midea on the below I attached the warranty and invoice bill copy for your reference.
Dishwasher is not working from Feb 7th 2024. It shows E1 error means inlet issue. We called to the customer care and they assigned Mr. Hari technician he came on 8th Feb and he checked the inlet valve and said can't find what's the problem. After that he said we need some other equipments to check the problem. So we will send other person tomorrow. On Feb 9th morning no one has called me for service. So again we called customer care to raise a complaint. I received message at 5.49pm. Mr.senthil Kumar assigned as a technician. So I called to that number. He said that he will be coming on Saturday 10th Feb 2024 11.00 am. After I argued something we kept a full stop and he promised that he will be coming on tomorrow 10th Feb 11.00 am.
Today morning my husband called him and asked for when you are coming???? He is not attending the call. After I called from my number saying that don't call me hereafter. I need to switch off the phone before of your call. Today I can't come. I am in temple Nagapattinam. So hereafter don't call he is saying and talking so rudely on me. Saying that you can see someother technician on your own. His behaviour is so bad on customer. He is not attending the call after that. Finally I checked in demo bill. he is the manager of green mount air branch hosur dealer. He is speaking that much rudely on me. Really I am so hurted because of this. I purchased the product and I am getting these words from the dealer. It's not fine. Kindly do the service or need a replacement. It's in under warranty period. Kindly concern higher authority person get into this matter and do the needful Was this information helpful? |
