I had booked a Ticket from Cheapticket portal from MUM - Tirupathi on 16th Feb 22 and return for 17th Feb 22. Ticket amount Rs.5565/-
When I reached Airport counter they said that the flight is cancelled from their end and they can only fly me next day, for which I requested them to arrange the same day flight but it was not possible for them.
Airlines staff suggested me to visit their counter on T2 Air india counter on departures level and process the refund for the ticket.
I visited the counter and processed the refund for which I have also received the acknowledgement. Now after more than 2 months I am still awaiting refunds for the flight which was cancelled by Airline.
Cheap tickets official says that we have communicated with the Airline but the refund is not yet processed from Air-India.
After repeated reminders and calls still the refunds have not been processed.
I intend full refund of my tickets as it was none of my fault for the Airline cancelling the flight. Was this information helpful? |
