The website techfaq360.com assures that the users will be given the refund if they are unable to clear the exams after purchasing their product.
However, even though I have mailed them several times(both to [protected]@techfaq360.com and [protected]@techfaq360.com). They havent yet replied to my mail nor have they processed the refund.
Please ensure that the refunds are processed ASAP as assured in the website.
