I have provided the name change request on March 7 and still now my name not update as per request along with that request for debit card and chequebook issuance, I have made multiple follows up’s to Citiphone and it is still in the same state.
But each time of follow up’s I was provided with different responses like my card has been dispatched and the same will be delivered on time by 31st March.After checking in todays follow up came to know that my name changes itself not done. I need proper action on this else I will write my concern to RBI on this matter.Frustrated with the service and the recent comment update that was debit card has been issued but no idea how the same can be done without changing my name in the account.I am unable to access my account for the past 3 weeks due to this error this is my salary account how will I use my funds I was informed to visit a branch to withdraw funds and I will not do that because the mistake is not on my end.
No action till date and worst service.
