I ordered 3 products order id[protected] costing 1384 inr on 10 - feb - 19. On 14-feb - 19 i received courier containing 3 products, out of which one i haven't ordered and other two was not as mentioned in the order (Material was shabby n sizes were not proper). Since then i am trying to reach the customer care via e-mail and phone but no response. I also asked about the return policy via msg and adding comment on facebook page but no response. The customer care no either is switched off or out of coverage area or in case if it rings by chance then they cut the phone. Simply no response from the clothing heart site.. It's the worst experience of my life buy a product online via clothing heart.

Updated by ashish076 I already courier the product back to the Clothing heart and send them the tracking number and bill as well.
But the poor courier guy is not able to locate their office or reach out to them via phone.
Seems like the company is total fraud. None of the details about the company is correct, they are cheaters .
Anyone kindly help and let me know if you have any contact details about the company.
