I ordered for 2 Pairs of Shoes from the online store called http://livebruno.com/ which is run by BM Sales based out of Agra.
The order was placed on the 19th of July and I received the shipment on 23rd July. It was a Cash on Delivery Payment and unfortunately I wasn't there to try the shoes before making the payment. Hence the payment was made by my colleague.
On trying the shoes, I realised it was a size bigger and hence I wrote back to them asking for an exchange for a size smaller (Size 7).
I shipped the shoes back to address (It cost me 300 bucks to do it via speedpost).
I then requested for a smaller size of one of the pairs returned back and another new pair (The differential amount to be paid on delivery).
However, they disagreed to the same and said that they can ship only the ordered pair types in a size smaller. This information was given to me after me having made more than 10 calls a day to the customer support number which is never available. You can try it out now ([protected] and[protected], you'll never get to speak to anyone, worst customer support ever.
They mentioned that if I wanted a new order, I can cancel the previous order by writing into them for which a refund will be made and I can place a new order. So I sent a mail mentioning my Bank Account Details on the 13th of August asking for a refund for which it took them 8 days to process the request. 8 DAYS !!!!
I received a mail on the 21st (After 8 Days) saying the refund will happen within 5 working Days (Again something I don't understand because an inter bank transfer does not take more than 2 days).
It's been more than 2 weeks and more than 50 phone calls to them in the span of those 15 days and I haven't yet got my refund.
Ridiculous Customer Support. Such Companies should never get access from Payment Gateway Support from Guys like EBS, PayU or a CCAvenue or any of their partner Banks. Even Logistic Partners should stop offering their services to such companies who can never keep to their word and is in the business of cheating their customers.
I urge the authorities at BM Sales to take notice ASAP and treat this on a priority basis.
