Complaint booked on 11th sept 2018 against ticket no.[protected] and technician attended on[protected], after inspection he was not able to trace out the problem though he was trained properly and informed service centre after 3 days after several follow ups on 20-Sep-2018 they have come and replaced capacitor even though the machine giving same problem.technician informed that machine should be handed over to service centre and same was handed over on 22-Sep-2018.After repair machine was giving same problem.Still complaint is going but no response from IFB service centre till today Initially while buying they blab like they have good service but FACT is poor service.Hope to take necessary action against the compalint.
