Made an online order for LG bluetooth headst with Bhaap.com on 3rd October 2012, subsequently sent 3 complaint/query mails to bhaap.com and received reply from [protected]@bhaap.com stating ticket numbers 1128, 1215 and 1339 that i will be contacted in 24 hrs and issue resolved. Till date nothing has happened, no contact, no product but have collected Payment of Rs.1995/- upfront. Was this information helpful? |
