[Resolved] Brandsvillage.com — Non - Delivery of Product

I had ordered a dress from the website brandsvillage.com on June 28th 2012 Order Number:[protected]. full payment was done by cheque on july 2nd 2012. despite false promises and excuses today 3 months later neither have they refunded my money or delivered my product. There is no communication from them. they dont reply to emails, the customer care is always busy. I dont know what to do anymore ....

I placed an order on the 13th of march for some calvin klein boxers and saw online that it takes a while for delivery so I have Waited. It is now the 4th of may and I still have not received my item.
