Please go to greenview only as outpatient.Dont go as inpatient.Experience o[censored]s speaks this.there is no coordination between the doctors and the lady who handles or fix the procedures.she knows to shout and scream and really nothing much.I suffered a lot there.no time management, no politeness, no service but money they will be round at the back o[censored]s to collect advance. In ground floor a gentle man keeps talking about money, third floor instead processing to TPA they say to pay advance, the unorganised lady talks about money. their focus is only MONEY, nothing much.

unfortunately there was no zero star.
If you have mediclaim, please don't go to Green view hospital. they will charge like anything (beyond your covered expenses). they have fixed timings of all lap tests and scans, and those times are clashed with fixed timings of doctors. if you feel any problem during your stay at hospital you need to wait till next day (because doctor will come on fixed timing only and with appointment only) . then next day you can have scan and test. then next day doctor will be on leave and then next day doctor will see reports and say its serious thing need to operation now, its already late.
Please go only if there is any accidental case or emergency and you don't know any other hospital near by and case is not fatal (because doctor will come on time only, paying more will also not work ).
Thanks

Ya even i agree we have to avoid greenview hospital as far as we can becoz there even the persons goin just to show to the dr for bp they get them admitted in icu for 3 to 4 days .Im telling this on my own experience..Im very much dissappointed wid the staff here and esapecially the head of the billing department miss sulaksana she doesn't no how to speak polietly, She treats the family of the patients asif we are beggars and being given free service from them. And even the dr's there doesn't let go for atleast 5 days for a patient with a little high bp...So avoid greenview hospital becoz the patient will be in same condition even after discharge.
I frequent the hospital for all my family needs for the past few years. It appears that these are episodes, which can't be taken too seriously. It is a hospital that is flourishing quite well in a consistent manner, and has also been certified. It may not be appropriate to condemn a hospital just because of some bad experience. One may not be aware of what the hospital staff are against which is beyond their control - e.g. the inefficiencies of TPAs could rub it on the hospital. One should also not forget that the there is every possibility that a TPA/Insurance may reject a pre-auth request for various reasons and additionally there are a whole lot of expenses which are not covered as a part of the treatment costs or there are limitations based on the type of insurance or restrictions. It is best to give feedback to the management to help the hospital get their acts to gether rather than just bad mouthing. Even the best of hospitals world wide and/or corporate hospitals in India do err from time to time - interestingly the crib is of non-medical nature (which has a bearing on the kind of manpower available these days).
This is the worst hospital in bangalore. most of the doctors are not qualified. some of the doctors are BAMS not even MBBS.
if you r going with they will admit and given test dengue.they are not doing any test simply they will put dengue positive and admitted patient.

The child was brought by the school staff to our hospital on 10th August, 2010, with a bleeding & open deep cut on the chin. The child was immediately attended to by the casualty doctor, the wound was cleaned, examined and reffered to the Surgeon for further management. The surgeon advised that the wound needs to be debrided and sutured in the Minor OT under short GA, to prevent further pain to the child. The child's mother was advised about the same, to which she had consented and she was also advised of the estimated cost. Only after the consent by the mother was given the case was taken up in the Minor OT, under GA by an anesthetist the surgeon debrided the wound and sutured. The entire process took over 30 mints. Subsequently, the child was kept under observation and sent home. All procedures that are carried out in an OT complex, calls for compliance to established protocols and the need for usage of other equipment and supporting OT staff. Lastly, the kid was under observation (of duty doctor and nursing staff) for a couple of hours before he could be taken home.
The hospital bill was Rs. 4500/- and not Rs. 5400/-. The surgeon is a very senior FRCS, while the anaesthetist is an MD in Anaesthesia, there services do come at a price; which is backed by other supporting staff and infrastructure.
The child's parents can come over to the hospital should they need any further clarification.
