This is Lokesh Kumar Sharma on behalf of Mr. Yogesh Sharma. My elder brother had general insurance from IFFCO-TOKIO and below mentioned is details of Policy and Claim on his Unicorn Bike No. "HR-26Z 1188".

The claim has been approved in month of september and as per commitment of insurance inspecter the check for same claim need to delivered within a month but now it's almost 3 months and no one in IFFCO-TOKIO tell me the status of same check.
The customer care given me Mr. Pankaj's office no. 45787400/45787300 but these guys either do not pick up the call or incase they pick up my call they tell me to call next day or next week as Mr. Pankaj is not available here. Once i talked to Mr. Pankaj also he said to call me next week on monday but this monday never comes in IFFCO-TOKIO even customer care given me a complaint number regarding same many times i asked them to arrange a revert call but no one calls back. I am badly tired of making calls again and again to IFFCO-TOKIO which is worthless so finally i decided to register a complaint here. Please do the needful or suggest me to take a legal action regarding same against IFFCO-TOKIO.
