can you send me the scan of your so called diploma ? I think the there must be some confusion. Me emai id is [protected]@gmail.com.
I am Instrument Fitter retired on 31 Dec 1999 and wanting the certificate in the same regards, I have also sent the request to P&WW, AFRO through email, awaiting fruitful response.
As per one rank one pension policy, post 6the pay commission retiree getting more pension is not justified. Diploma with more than 10 years, as per above authority is equivalent to a degree, is not equivalent while one is in service. He is only corporal at that time who falls in PB[protected] Scale). Whereas by default his salary should be equivalent to an engineer as in PB2 (Scale[protected]. That is not happening in service, how one can get certificate equivalent to degree after the retirement.
After serving for 20 years (16 years as diploma) what pension one gets is equivalent to far below than a diploma itself. A retired Sgt with engineering degree should get minimum of WO pension, if properly justified. Can some one takes it to faith deciders?
When certificate is issued by unit or AFRO, it should have thee percentages and thee training institutes details to be valid in civil services.

I am Ex-Sgt V.Balamurugan worked in IAF in the Radio Technician Trade. Since I had my civil diploma at the time of my entry into Air Force I have not asked for my Diploma. Whereas all my entry mates received the same. Now I am in need of the certificate. But AFRO is not ready issue the same to me. Kindly do the needful.
