My son was admitted in the hospital on 24th evening november 2009 , discharged on 27th evening with doctor asking me to continue the iv injection 3 times daily for three more days , the bill for these three days was 9067 after discharging they are charging Rs15 for each iv which is wrong on the ethics ground , still its ok for me again on 28th november evening my son was admitted because of dehydration , this time for 2 days upto 30 november afternoon , the bill was 4475 what i have noticed in this bill is they have charged iv injection charges for inpatient apart from the nursing charges Rs 400 per day , i checked with my previous bill to my suprise it was not charged in my previous bill , then i asked this with hospital authority they told me it was started from 30th of november which i felt is not at all legal when they are charging nursing charges , one more thing i want to bring to your notice is the nebulisation charges thes have given nebulisation 5 times in the second time of admition but charged for 7 times when asked they in formed that they mixed two ampules in one this they did twice and charging seperately means if we take mixed fruit juice we have to pay for every fruit in it according to the hospital
i felt very disappointed with all this though i am a regular customer of the hospital they didn't consider , kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action , kindly don't disclose my name Was this information helpful? |
