[Resolved]  Snehanjali Electronics & Appliances Pvt. Ltd. — Defective Microwave Oven not replaced or refunded

I had purchased a microwave oven on the 27/09/2009 manufactured by Videocon Ltd. The said item was delivered on the 28/09/09. Since we were at office the servant accepted. On opening the pack the next day, we found that the piece was damaged, i.e. a dent was found on the body of the piece. After much persuasion and umpteen no. of calls the piece is still not replaced or the money refunded. Two and a half months are passed the dealer and the manufacturer are just making us run round the bush.

I had also sent a letter to the dealer but, that too was not accepted. Please help.
