Well in one of my earlier posts i had suggested out of our experience with the #ncdrc (& other #consumercourts) that if a person has a flat/unit whose value is around 65 to 70 lacs (And the delay in delivering possession has been around 3years or thereabout) then it is wiser to go solo i. E. File a case individually with the ncdrc as then relief would come much quicker than a case filed collectively under class action under the #consumer protection act 1986. However if the price of your unit is less than 60 lacs, a class action is advised and justified particularly considering the time one loses meandering thru the state commission before coming in appeal to the #nationalconsumerredressalcommission
