They offered Holidays package in 4/5 star Hotel. I took package of 82000/- and paid 57000 through credit card. After reaching home the same day I realised it should not be taken. So, I emailed the company to cancel the membership. Also, the bank to cancel the payment. But the bank did not cancel the payment, and company also did not refund saying it is non refundable. But you can avail service. And I was too much busy in work. Now from yesterday, I am trying their customer care number is also wrong, their all numbers are switched off. Even they are not replying emails. I am very sad to know they had Fraud me. Please help me to get my money back.
