I am honda car owner and have given my car for check on tuesday and it has been more than 40 hours that the car is with courtesy honda chandigarh ( lally motors) and no one has reverted with issues . The car was kept in premises that it wil be checked in first half of wednesday the details will be shared that what all needs to be done in the car.
Mr ashish kapoor was the descision maker and ensured that car shoudl be kept in premises and revert will be given by wednesday frist half max.
Since wednesday i have been trying to connect and he is not responding .
Also i tried to connect various contact numbers of service given on website but no support . everytime i am getting one answer that please wait we will get bacl in 10 min . but no response till now .
even the lady who used to call for get service done is not responding .
this is one pathetic servcie by honda and seems honda doesn't want to to serve the customers post sales .
THis is an eye opener for us to not continue with honda anymore .
especially Courtesy Honda where it seems like i am dealing with some govt department
Request to please just send my car back in previosu conditons as it was deposited as i am not willing to taken any services from courtesy honda Was this information helpful? |
