Sir,
I have a credit card which was given to me by your representative who nagged me to avail the service by deceiving me saying that it was a premium offer to certain customers to have a card wherein would be no charges applied except for the usage and that for 10 years it was free,i.e.,to say that I would not have to pay any membership fee or any annual subscription fee.I reconfirmed it from the customer care;once from the debit card customer service and then by the credit card customer service as I was directed by the former to check from the later.They said that there are such offers for some premium customer.And finally I yielded to his pester.After checking my salary status,he said that I was not eligible for it.And with some advises from the well wishers and parents,I insisted the representative to cancel the process as I had changed my mind.But apparently he seems to have not done it.But now its laying a toll on me.
now I am told to pay 1028Rs. Kindly consider my case and help me by waiving off the sum incurred on me and by cancelling the card.
